It’s Self Care.
hold on, hold on…
I know you think you know everything about self care, and the importance of it, but please just take a moment, take a breath and discover how changing one thing could drastically change your life….for the better.
Over the last 3 years I have seen so many people’s health just deteriorate.
One of the most common things people have been coming to see me for recently is…
1. Burn out and,
2. Transitioning into the next Soul Aligned phase of their life…because what IS, is no longer working. Which often goes hand and hand with feelings of burnout and exhaustion.
As a Neurostructural Chiropractor and high level coach, I’ve seen the transformative power of self-care time and time again.
Self care is NOT a luxury, but a necessary practice for living a Soul fulfilling life.
Self care is not just about taking 10 minutes to meditate, or making sure you are getting out in the sun and nature,
Self Care is about TUNING IN And listening to your SOUL…EVERY.SINGLE.DAY on repeat.
Because what your Soul desires and requires,
will also change, moment to moment.
and if you are not present to the needs of your Soul’s desires,
You will be left with this feeling of lack, unfulfillment, no motivation….and of course burn out.
The biggest trap in trying to “figure out” your self care routine is being in your head.
For this one, you gotta get INTO your body.
This is where the quiet voice is,
This is where you will get the feedback and ALL of the answers to your pressing questions.
THIS….this my friend is where the magic is….your body.
This is where you can re-charge.
This is where you can tune in.
This is where you can move energy…literally,
This is where you can release emotion effortlessly,
This is where you can get out of the crazy mental loops in your head,
This is where you can cultivate peace of mind,
This my friend, is where all the magic happens.
In your body.
IN you.
Not in your mind.
Not in your head.
Those are traps. And will keep you stuck.
So next time you feel the burnout,
You feel the exhaustion,
You feel tired,
You feel unmotivated
and you’ve had enough,
Take a breath,
Pop out of your head,
and land in your body.
Breathe deep.
Be present,
and go with the flow of your own rhythm.
This is where you will feel fulfilled. Complete. Whole. Changed. Transformed.
At peace.
And this is where you just KNOW.
