Some people call this Karma.
The name of the game is fair exchange.
All ecosystems (teams, families, organizations) have an invisible & inherent consciousness with a hidden order & balance.
When there is a disruption to the balance,
Conflict, Challenge, Upset and Crisis emerge.
Various teachers, Bert Hellinger, & Dr. John Demartini describe these universal laws in their teachings.
These laws are inherent in individuals as well as teams, organizations and even countries.
Whatever you repress, will be expressed.
Whatever you try to avoid or condemn, you will attract, breed or become.
When a team or organization goes into pride, above their true mean (financial or otherwise)…simultaneously there will be forces to humble and bring them back to equilibrium.
This can even be experienced at the micro level in all areas of life including your finances, health and relationships.
Ex. Have you ever received “extra” income above what you normally receive in a month, only to have an expense come up and bring you back down to where you were originally?
This is a universal law at play. It’s like gravity… It cannot be avoided.
Observe it for yourself.
Here are some signs that there is a possible systemic imbalance in the ecosystem of a team or organization…
>repeated injuries or challenges with key players
>unexpected crisis continuing one after the other
>inability to fill a role – constantly hiring and firing head coaches / CEO’s etc
>inability to win more games and rise above the mean
>”just can’t catch a break…”
>pride before the fall
>recurring patterns and challenges
The untrained eye will find scapegoats to blame, or come up with superficial causalities. However the solution can be more complex than it appears.
It is not just individual, but a systemic challenge within the organization or team.
Until this is brought into conscious awareness,
Change cannot occur.
Fair exchange will win the game.
Cheering you on from the sidelines 👊
