just got off the phone and had a conversation with one of my Soulmate besties,
We were talking about how the last few years have been such an AWAKENING for the collective. Filled with so many challenges and uplevelings and destruction of WHAT WAS NO LONGER WORKING.
Essentially it’s been like jumping off a train that is going in the wrong direction.
First you had to be aware that you’re on the train,
Then notice where it’s going,
And then deciding if that is the destination you want to actually visit.
For many of us, it wasn’t.
You know what I’m talking ’bout, yeah?
Everything that was no longer working, got exposed.
Everything that was put to the side to “take care of later”, was now staring directly in front of you….
Whether this was your work-life balance,
Your career or business,
Your relationship with your partner, your kids, your family.
How you show up in your health & self care,
How you manage & think about money,
Even to the location that you live in.
What was no longer working HAD TO GO.
And while these times of upleveling and re-alignment can be super challenging,
I also see them as an opportunity,
Even a gift….
To reorganize, alchemise, and transcend what was no longer working or a part of the “Soul Aligned Plan”.
Because, you can’t have the creation of a NEW LIFE without destruction of the old. They go hand and hand.
Everything that was in the back of our minds, left unchecked, was now right and center, unable to be avoided.
It was MEANT to be dealt with.
My friend and I laughed and chuckled as we agreed that, essentially, you can’t escape your own BS.
You can’t escape “doing the work”,
Doing the “hard things” while they’re easy.
Otherwise…
YOU WILL GET THE SMACKDOWN from the Universe.
This is unavoidable.
You know what I’m talking about, yeah?
When your Soul whispers to you,
and says, “you gotta leave this job”
Or, “this isn’t where your meant to be”
Or, “please pay attention to me… love, your body”
And you keep ignoring the call,
You keep ignoring the whispers,
Hoping that in time….it will all take care of itself.
Failing to realise, it won’t.
As I’m writing this, I’m reminded of a time when I was driving my parents’ old beat up car.
It was on its “last legs” so to speak,
And often, I would hear all this clanging, rattling and off-putting noises while driving.
And so what did I do?
I turned up the radio.
Thinking, “If I can’t hear it, there is no problem”, Right?!
lol…so you obviously know how this ended up.
At the car mechanic. With an expensive tow bill.
AND…an almost accident.
Well, this analogy can be used for any area of life.
When you’re not listening to the call of your Soul.
Whether it’s in your health,
Your business or career,
Your relationships and your money.
At some point, you WILL HAVE TO ANSWER THE CALL.
You will have to face the music.
You will have to deal with what is in front of you,
And THIS can be super challenging. Super confronting.
I’ve experienced this MANY times.
And I’ve spent the last 10 years searching for the most efficient ways to move through these challenges, these breakdowns, to experience your best BREAKTHROUGH.
And I’ve come across some of the most incredible tools and Universal principles to do so.
These principles are NOT taught in school, or even many places on the ‘net.
They have tremendously helped me in my own journey,
So that instead of balling up in the fetal position in challenge,
I can BE with the challenge, and the experience of LIFE,
Face it HEAD ON with more ease, flow and even fun.
And I want to share these tools, and paradigm shifts with you.
I literally don’t know how my life would have unfolded without them.
Most definitely not in the direction I preferred lol.
These tools are so profound, and life changing, and can create so much peace of mind and ease in your body, even at the WORST of times.
