How do you know if you’ve missed an opportunity?
It’s my observation that when it comes to High Performance Mindset Coaching usually these types of resources are allocated when there is an inability to adapt or cope with challenges or there is a fire to be put out.
The need for a solution & change is obvious.
Most often we allocate more time, energy and grease to the squeaky wheel.
But what about the more subtle, invisible opportunities?
What about the players & systems that are already excelling?
I see this as a potential missed opportunity.
Optimizing and enhancing what’s already working is like cooking with gasoline.
The performance can be exponentially amplified.
While rubbing two sticks together to create smoke takes more time, energy and effort.
