There are 5 Key Requirements I have discovered in the past 10 years after studying successful people who have accomplished incredible feats in their life.
First, it’s understanding your core values and purpose. And aligning your life around what is most meaningful and inspiring to you.
This is where most people get it completely wrong.
They think their values are one thing, based on social idealisms, instead of what is actually true for them. And this is why, most people don’t actually achieve the goals they set out for themselves.
Second, it’s knowing how to regulate your EMOTIONS. This is again where most people get stuck and give up. It’s being able to dissolve ANY emotion such as fear, anxiety, worry, frustration and sadness so you don’t get stuck in your emotions and stop taking action.
Taking action is what will generate results.
Third, it’s being able to create aligned HABITS that you consistently take everyday in pursuit of your mission and vision. This links and connects with understanding your values first.
Four, it’s being able to be the witness or be the observer of your internal dialogue that says “you can’t do it”, “you’re not good enough”, or “you don’t don’t enough” and being able to interpret and shift this internal feedback.
Five, it’s being able to look at your “self-sabotaging” patterns that you continue to experience and being able to shift them. This is my unique genius where I spend most of my time helping clients.
