This morning I woke up with a searing pain along my right jaw.
My mandibular nerve was in excruciating pain.
I was unable to eat anything at all, my jaw just felt so raw.
And this was a bummer because I was really looking forward to the lunch I had made for myself lol.
It literally felt like a burning hot iron was rubbing the inside of my mouth.
And I got the pain reduced by 80% in less than 20 minutes, simply by using this technique that I’d love to share with you.
But first, let me provide some context…
Have you felt this kind of pain before in some part of your body?
Maybe a headache?
Or back pain?
Or maybe you’ve been diagnosed with some condition that leaves you in complete discomfort?
My experience of intense pain this morning is unfortunately not uncommon.
So many people experience high levels of pain at some point in their life, or maybe even for their whole life.
And this pain impacts their ability to function,
To do what they want,
To feel free.
To enjoy life.
And as a result,
They live in fear.
They stop doing what they love.
They live life carefully.
Which impacts their relationships, and their health.
And becomes this vicious cycle of frustration and despair.

So while I have experienced pain which is common, how I deal with it may surprise you.
It may be different from what you have been prescribed before.
To understand how to dissolve pain, you first have to understand what pain is.
Essentially, pain is feedback in the form of physical sensations on your body.
That’s it.
These sensations can be described in an infinite number of ways including sharp, searing, they may even feel like a knife is being stabbed into you.
And how you describe your pain may reveal why it is coming up. It may reveal your current perceptions of life and what is happening to you.
The second thing you need to understand about pain is that your emotions and perceptions of your experience, will LITERALLY impact your experience.
For example, if you hurt your low back, and you are feeling scared, sad or angry, this could literally intensify your low back pain.
Pain is subjective. And it is highly influenced by your emotions.
The third, and most important thing you must realize is that you are the placebo.
Whatever you believe and think to be true, will literally impact your experience of what is true for you.
Read that again.
This has been proven many times in medical research. Joe Dispenza has also done incredible research in this field of study and John Sarno is a pioneer in his research on emotions, subconscious motives and low back pain.
For example, in one study, patients with severe knee degeneration were put into 2 groups.
One group received surgery, the other did not.
However the wild part of this experiment is that both groups were TOLD that they received knee surgery.
At the end of sham surgery and postoperative follow up, what is surprising (but not really) is that BOTH groups reported that they improved.
Even the group that DID NOT get the REAL surgery (even though they THOUGHT they did) reported significant improvement in pain.
Some other examples….
1. Some people feel phantom pain…essentially they feel pain in an area that DOES NOT EXIST, such as an amputated arm.
2. People with terrible degenerative spines can have NO pain, while those with beautiful degeneration-free spines can be in intense pain.
You see, your mind is SO powerful and thus it is IMPERATIVE that you are present to what you think, believe, and feel.
Because this will impact the quality of your life, your experiences, and most importantly how you heal when you are in pain.
So you might be wondering what I did….
I’d love to share it with you.
Here’s what I did to significantly reduce the searing pain in by jaw by 80% in less than 20 minutes…
1. I put some acupuncture tacts in the area to improve blood flow / change the energy of the area. This is usually a quick fix I try first. This did nothing, so I took them out and resorted to plan B. Plan B is what works almost everytime for me.
2. I breathed myself into presence and noticed any emotions that came up around the pain.
3. I put all my awareness and focus on the pain, feeling every sensation in the moment. Not trying to avoid or resist any of it. Just fully being with it. What you resists, persists.
4. I then changed my brain wave frequency to a state of complete relaxation, essentially I felt safe and I felt whole and loved (This is the part, that if untrained could be beneficial to have some coaching in).
5. After my meditation, I wanted to see if there were any beliefs/thoughts that were impacting my ability to heal. There wasn’t any this time.
At this point I already noticed a difference.
Now I wanted to see if I was able to eat something.
I was. So I had my lunch that I prepared, and then went about my day.
Now, the pain may return. That’s ok, I will be with it then. For now, I am focused solely on my Soul Aligned Actions for the day. Simple as that.
Now this was a simple example that changed relatively quickly, almost instantly. I have had other experiences where it has taken more time.
In some instances when I experienced pain for a longer period of time, I had more emotions, beliefs, perceptions and thoughts to process before my physiology would go back into harmony.
This technique can be used for any “dis-ease”. And when you are trained and practiced in it, it can certainly make life more enjoyable so you can continue doing what you love instead of being held up by pain.

I see so many people inflicted by pain, suffering and in despair.
Completely resigned to what they are experiencing, thinking that is “this is the best I can get”.
This is not true.
Lies. Lies. Lies.
We’ve been conditioned to believe that healing comes from outside of us.
That healing comes from pills, or people in white coats.
What happens when you cut your finger?
Is it the bandaid that heals you?
Or is it the Innate Intelligence of your body that heals everything in a specific sequence, far beyond our knowing and understanding?
While modern medicine has its benefits, true power lies in YOU.
And when you begin to awaken the power within you and see how vast, and limitless it is, you can apply it to every area of your life…your health, weight loss, your relationships, money and even your business.
