Many of my good friends,
Know that I have done an extensive amount of meditation,
like hundreds, if not thousands of hours,
over a relatively short period of time,
and of course, I have experienced the benefits of doing this practice.
these benefits include: calmness, peace of mind, clarity, certainty and focus.
And when my friends start talking about their stress, and what they are feeling,
like frustration,
overwhelm,
sadness, loneliness,
fear & anxiety….
they KNOW that meditation would help,
they KNOW that they would FEEL better,
yet they don’t do it.
and what’s interesting, is that they ask me,
you look so happy,
you look like you’re having so much fun,
They ask me, how do you have time to meditate every day?!
My simple answer is that I don’t.
And they look at me SO surprised, like “WHAT?!”
Don’t get me wrong,
meditation is amazing,
you can feel SO calm,
SO relaxed,
and experience peace of mind.
yet at the same time,
taking an hour to meditate everyday is not always time effective,
It’s not always practical,
and personally,
Most of the time, it just feels like a chore.
So I choose not to do it. And that feels aligned for right now.
So you might be wondering, how do I feel peace of mind without meditating?
What are the practices that I do now?
THIS, is what I will be sharing on my next live FREE webinar
Thurs March 30th @ 830 PM EST (TORONTO)
Fri March 31st @ 830 AM AWT (PERTH)
I am going to be sharing with you the most profound principles I have learned over the past 10 years on my self discovery journey,
that have made a significant difference in my life,
so that even when $hit hits the fan,
even when there is chaos,
even when the world feels like it’s falling apart,
you can have peace of mind,
feel free,
at ease,
and more connected and in flow than you have ever felt.
and the first step is SO simple,
like seriously,
anyone can do it,
and it’s easy.
