Dissolve your emotions, your health depends on it.

Do you know how much WHAT you think and feel matters?

When you have a thought & emotion, it literally sends a chemical and electrical cascade throughout your entire body.

Play with me for a moment….

Think of something that makes you angry.

Notice what happens in your body.

Think of something that makes you happy.

Watch what changes in your body.

Wild isn’t it?!

You’ve just demonstrated the mind – body connection.

The mind speaks to the body.

And the body speaks to the mind.

Now imagine if you have some anger “stored” in you.

Maybe from a past experience. 

Maybe from childhood.

Maybe from 2 weeks ago.

Or maybe right now. 

And you weren’t taught how to “release” the emotion from your body,

Essentially to feel it fully and let it go.

What happens is that it essentially becomes suppressed in your cells and physiology.

Science has demonstrated that emotions ACTUALLY change how cells function.

When you actually think about it, it becomes a no-brainer. 

For example, now imagine what happens when you are chronically angry.

And that emotion is never released from your body.

Never processed.

I’ll share an analogy with you so you get the idea.

It’s like having a greasy bean burrito and 

NEVER GOING TO THE BATHROOM. lol

How do you think you will feel?

Not great right.

It’s the same with your emotions and thoughts. 

If you experience an intense emotion, such as anger or sadness and you never fully release it from your body, it will STAY THERE.

just like the burrito.

And your body will provide you with feedback in the form of symptoms.

Just like a greasy burrito would.

So what do you do?

Here are some simple steps to get back on track,

back into flow,

back into ease with your body:

1. Get present to what you are feeling 

2. Breathe deep and feel it until it passes

3. Notice your belief

4. Shift any belief that does not align with what you want to create

5. Repeat 

It may seem simple, and it is.

The challenge is making this a habit,

making it a priority,

making it a part of who you are.

This will increase your resiliency,

It will improve your presence in your daily life

and will most likely create peace of mind

which then you can use those energies to create more of what you prefer
